Estate Planning

When reviewing a clients estate plan:

 1. I ask questions about their estate, and I listen to what the person has to say about their goals for transferring their property to the next generation

 2. I carefully review and analyze the estate documents, and I will consult other professionals getting ideas before making recommendations.

 3. The final planning sessions often involve the attorney, accountant and the financial advisor working together.
